Just my opinion, and it doesn't seem to be talked about very much. The importance of the SB2, IMHO, is SCMI has no cash!!!!! That filing has to be effective in order to sell those 2 classifications of units specified in the filing!!!!! Those were our dividends that are suppose to pay the bills for all this merger's associated costs!!!! In my opinion, the hold-up is NO MONEY to pay the auditors to sign off on the 2 year audit, let alone the lawyers fees and fairness opinion!!!!!! It's my belief that the next things we'll see will be the SB2 is effective, then we'll see the announcement of units sold. Until we see these I believe we have no money to go any further in the process!!!!! Mario....DOSE SCMI HAVE BUYERS FOR THESE UNITS ONCE EFFECTIVE????????
