Corporate Headquarters

We do not own any real property. We currently lease our 40,000 square foot corporate
headquarters located at 2530 South Birch Street, Santa Ana, CA 92707.

The lease is for a one
year period with an annual lease payment of $110,000 and an annual extension option. We
believe that these properties are adequate for our current and immediately foreseeable
operating needs.

that would be $9,166 per month rent which would more that eat your 26 per month at 300 buck profit..

However this is where I would trim as Savi does not need or use 40,000 sq ft...

I mean 43,560 sq ft is an acre

This would be 200 ft by 200 ft which is 3 times the size of an average home lot.

2000 sq ft in offices
2000 sq ft in manufacturing
6000 sq ft in installation (10 cars and a dyno)

10,000 sq ft seems to me would be plenty of space...
