After yesterday's announcement I would say that it was a call to arms for any whom had not submitted their vote. The coconut telegraph was in full effect getting the word out to many traders in the midst both domestic and foreign. I would not be the least bit surprised to see this come to fruition next week and very likely by Monday. Man I wouldn't want to go into this weekend without a stout position here.
