The only connection I see between the FRCN and EVCA is Scott O'Neal and Nikolay Frolov (who is no longer with EVCA as their CFO).

EVCA, according to yahoo is a new car "franchise" Dealer. Appears they deal in electric vehicles.

Considering Frolov was presumably making 180K with EVCA and only 12K with FRCN, it begs to question was Frolov let go and if so why?

The other question I bring up is Renee's ability to run a public company and whatever came about the last construction company she ran? A Mary Kay Consultant with or without a 2 year degree just doesn't cut it!
