Imiloa, just curious....due to the recent change in MIKP's status, are you at all worried about a potential RS? That's the only thing preventing me from putting in a similar bid at .0001. Didn't Mark imply there might be a need for a restructure of the shares?

Have any of you recently spoken to Mark about the possibility of an RS?
