It has nothing to do with the parents, or the security of the children.

It has to do with funding of schools.

With an RFID and log, TRUE numbers of students on campus and in schools will determine the amount of federal and state fund participation each school gets. It is about how many ACTUAL students. Not Names and roll calls for phantom students.

Just think about the Illegal or trumped up names that are in school for people that are actually NOT even in this country and that have never even stepped foot on a campus.

Or those "bodies" that are under assumed names and are present very few days a year and are accounted for fraudulently.
