Selling stock for the purpose of purchasing equipment and investing in the company is not bad.. That is the whole point companies go public. Apperently they are investing the money into the mining operation.
Dillution for no apperent reason and drive a stock price down to nothing is a differnt story.. but that is not the story here. they are obviously using it to benifit the company and move it forward.. so who cares..
