Very very exciting. You see that's what I like about developing countries: they have very few bureaucratic boundaries that keep their citizens world in place. Humans are utilizing only 1% of their potential today. The Star Trek age is within reach.

Hopefully Brazil proves the alcoholic model works, so we can nudge it into North America.
