Well it says "estimated value" so i believe the disclaimer is required. ever get an estimate? usually means it could cost this or it could cost something else give or take...so GYST may have $100m in gold or they could only have $50m....OR they could have $150m! its an estimate so take it for what you want. the disclaimer is nothing negative imo. GYST was good for me before and will be again...lol glta!
