I have long thought we would see some sort of plan between 9/15/2012 and 10/31/2012. However, knowing how tedious negotiations are, it may take longer but certainly by the latter part of December, 2012.

I will say this, when we do see the 8K filing and WMIH's announcement the I's will be dotted and the T's crossed...a finished/done deal, so in that respect it may take all the way till December, 2012.
