I am talking about the company issuing PRs to pump this stock. They clearly have not done that.

They have been working on this funding for several years and they have believed it was very close many times. So, yes, Bobby has communicated his optimism that the LONG-AWAITED funding was about to be completed.

What I like and respect is that they are going to make triple sure the funding is a done deal prior to releasing any public news. Sure, I wish it has already been finalized and released but I believe it is coming.
