(OTCPK: MTPR) is pleased to announce that it has filed a new disclosure document with OTC Markets Group, Inc. which includes an Annual Report for calendar year 2011 and Quarterly Reports as of June 30, 2012. As a result, MetaPower's listing with OTC Markets has been upgraded to OTC Pink Current Information tier.
