But what evidence jury or vrng has if GOOGLE has not presented tweaked/modified code since the case has began. Is there any way to validate if Google has given orginal code snippets or they have tweaked the code before presenting to court as evidence. does jury provide 3rd party entity to inspect the validity of code snippets provided by Google.

But like i have said this is trivial, jury has already said there are some serious issues and rejected Google MSJ.
