My thoughts on today's court ruling: Positive for VRNG
Its been a long and exhaustive day for vrng longs. I slept for some hours and i have went through the pacer document. For me all the rulings are looking positive for VRNG.

Both Google and VRNG have some homework during this week.

Google-while Jury has ordered Google to provide US earnings which VRNG will certainly up the Damage Estimates, so the 760M estimates provided by VRNG now will be conservative figure, based on new evidence VRNG will up the settlement amount atleast over 1B from 760M. 1B+Royalties and if VRNG can provide additional information on willful infrengement of patents via source code, the estimates can go even higher.So today's court is again positive for vrng.

VRNG-For VRNG it has to has to go through 250 pages of source code by Oct 12. Lang who has the patents who works for VRINGO is our best bet for doing this in timely fashion or even before time, he should be able to identify the source code where it is directly using the VRINGO's patents i think it should be easy task for Lang but to present in perfect manner it might need some additional effort.

What i feel strongly is Lang has the patents for Search/Rank/Advs concept or functionality. Google has used that concept or functionality and might have modified thier code little bit here and there. If you know the functionality/concept programming can be done in different ways but here the value is for the Lang's concept of search/ranking/advs. if VRNG can present this in a clearcut fashion Jury will surely go with VRNG side.

For me VRNG is going to win with the settlement or trail in a large way.
