ot Trops roof fixed, swkj ok. 800 sf cottage 300 ft from ocean cliff built in 1934. ol' pile's listing off to starboard a mite, gaps open up now and then. make some more profit, and i get a contractor to fix the dry rot.lol won't sell any until news. good luck.
