It would not make any sense whatsoever for the co. to add shares to the O/S... especially since they are presumably coming into mych better ad $ sales as we speak. If that is really what the manipulation/speculation driving the downward manipulation is, and it is proven wrong which I believe it will be, then $IPRU will see an even more violent move north when the time is right.
