Hey Det!!!

650K is a nice deal for a company with an $8MM Mcap, but with $30MM and likely balloning to $50MM with the pending stock dilution for the aquistion, not sure this will make much difference to the share price!!! Now if The GREEDY CEO used hsi stock to make the aquistion, since he stole it from us in teh first place, then we might be talking!!! NOT HOLDING MY BREATH THOUGH!!

If I was holding this company I would sell anything above 18 cents cause I bet they are gonna sell stock on the open market to pay for this deal!! They likely will need $5MM in cash, and at 20 cents that is $20MM more shares!!!

At this rate it will take 2 years to sell that much paper!!

Please do not respond back that I am trying to buy cheap, cause really WTF would pay $30 to $50MM for this company???
