SSNT announces $650K+ Sage EPR X3 Sale

Normally, I don't think much of PRs announcing $100K contracts, as I consider them mostly for marketing purposes, but this one is pretty big, so it does deserve mention.

In addition, it includes comments from CEO Meller that he expects a record 2012.

( OTCBB : SSNT ) ( OTCQB : SSNT ) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, a preferred source for best-of-breed business management applications and professional consulting services, has closed on a software sale valued at over $650,000.

The transaction involves the sale of Sage Software's ERP X3 software and attendant consulting services. The customer is a specialty chemical distributor headquartered in the Midwest.

Mark Meller, Chairman and CEO of SilverSun Technologies, stated, "SWK's commitment to Sage ERP X3 continues to bear fruit. We made a very large investment in order to train people in our organization on Sage ERP X3, and we are now the leading Sage ERP X3 reseller in North America. While the sales cycle on Sage ERP X3 deals may be longer, the size of the transactions are larger, and as a result, we anticipate announcing additional significant deals in the near future.
