I knew there would be no examples since the failure rate for penny (and definitely sub, sub penny) stocks is off the charts.

But these statements about EGOC are confusing:

I am 100% sure that EGOC will run again and it will run decent. Not telling anyone to buy and not cheerleading, this is simple if you know what you are looking at.

I think 100% is about as certain as we can be, but exactly what should we be looking for? My dad told me to never buy something we can't explain to a reasonably intelligent 12 year old, so what am I missing?

In EGOC I see:

- No products, market or revenue.

- No financials so DD is impossible.

- No volume/momentum.

- No leadership or communication from management.

- No promises met.

- BS PRs.

- Toxic financing.

Now I know this is the internet and I could post that I was the VP of finance for a major corp or a highly successful day trader in penny stocks, but I am none of those things. Besides, If I was being honest I'd have to post this and you wouldn't believe me --

I may convert to margin, but just don't know enough about it yet, don't want to end up owning more then I have into a stock.
