I've Googled "TCA Global Credit Master Fund" + "toxic," also "death spiral" and what I found wasn't pretty. They appear to be an offshore (Caymans) fund that specializes in financing losing small caps. Examples --

My questions:

- Is anyone familiar with TCA?
