Not a big fan of lottos but ACI is jumping out at me. Big political play that could go 50% - 100% in the next month if Romney wins. Lots of shorts (33%) and a nice bottoming chart. Also there was a buyout offer on an Australian coal co last week so there are buyout rumors hanging over this industry. Nov 8 and 9 calls could get interesting:..
