Investors and traders had 6-7 months to average down. Instead many chose to listen to the scammers that post negative conjecture. Read my post history, you'll see I've been very consistent in my assessment of $BCAP.

If people want to average down now, they have the opportunity to do so at $0.0005 and higher. $0.0002/3/4 is gone IMO. There are no willing sellers, and all sells can only come from existing shareholders. $BCAP has been maxed for almost 12 months.
