CEO and two officials own over 25% of the shares. We don't know how many Lincoln and his associates hold. Certificate shares might give us a grimp of that. We know that it's larger than what CEO and two officials hold.

This company is not using shares at ATM .. the increase in O/S was for growing the company and deliver product.

Maybe this company is not fit your trading strategy but for some, it is behaving just fine.

To me, holding this company stock .. I can sleep in without worry even if the pps drop, it will bounce.
