Contrary to (at least here..) popular belief, court dealings are not a wave of the wand. And just because there is no legal escape for Barrick, doesnt mean they'll go down willingly.
Anyone who's ever witnessed how courtrooms work knows what im talking about. There's plenty of room for heel dragging. Barrick knows this well and are expert at it, but they have almost worn through their shoes.
But dont kid yourselves, you cant just press a button and get instant results. Real people have to do real work, unlike the armchair jockeys out there. (You know who you are.)
