Within a few short weeks the same discussion will surface once the PR announcing the completion of the audit by HJ & Associates is released.

It will provide comfort for shareholders knowing $BCAP's books have been fully audited from 2007 onwards. The S-1 registration process will be that much smoother and certain.

In the interim hundreds of millions of shares will have changed hands. There are only 1,578 shareholders as of 08/23/2012. That's the entire pool of available shares and the big players are increasing their holdings (that's what they report, not conjecture on my part).
