But MD you just pointed out something very insightful that pertains directly to a NOBO LIST?


You mean that there are market makers, hedge funds, and others out there that would try to strong arm a CEO into diluting their share structure so as to aid a stuck short in covering the FTD on those shares prior to an up list onto an SEC reporting exchange that will bring with it enforcement of Mandatory clearing of FTDs that go beyond the threshold settlement date? (takes a huge gasping breath)
