The BCAP smear campaign is spearheaded by Joe Elkind, and his trail of losing follows him like a bad rash that never goes away.
Joe Elkind and Steve White are just PO'ed because they lost a bunch of money in a lawsuit that Matt Dwyer is not even a defendant in because BCAP has ZERO to do with it.
BCAP is under attack from a loser. Yet, it is coming to an end, they are out of shares and can no longer whack the bid and hold BCAP at .0002, Matt was just biding his time. Setting at .0004, dramatic run to .002 coming
