The share structure will be frozen until July 1, 2014. The share structure may not change for a long time after that. If $BCAP is producing lots of revenue at that point, the share structure could very well be lowered.

The thing to understand here is $BCAP isn't funding itself by selling shares. The share structure has been locked since 10/28/2011 and maxed out not long after that. That's just about 12 full months under the current share structure with another 21+ month freeze after that.

Bottom line: No shares for sale by $BCAP. The only selling into the bid you've been seeing for about a year is trader games.
