RE: Results of Shareholder Vote

To All CMKM Shareholders:

I want to personally thank each CMKM Shareholder that participated by voting in the recent election of two Shareholder Directors for the CMKM Board of Directors. There were slightly less than 75 billion votes cast in the election, or almost 11% of the issued share count of CMKM.

I received the election results Wednesday morning from Transfer Online, and began the process of notifying the winners of the results. I easily made contact with one winner, but have been unable to establish communication with the second winner, in spite of several e-mails and phone calls. As a result of this lack of communication I am forced to withhold the final results of the vote. If this individual desires to serve on the Board, he needs to communicate with management and submit his information for the perfunctory background check prior to the announcement of the winners.

The other winner has fully cooperated and established a good line of communication with me, and has already shown his willingness and capabilities to become a tremendous asset to CMKM. If the other winner does not respond to my communication within a reasonable time frame, then I will have to consider the option of declaring the candidate with the third-largest vote as our second Shareholder Director.

I had planned to host a Webinar this week to announce the vote results, but am forced to postpone that event to a later date. When I am able to release the results, I will post the official printout from Transfer Online on this website so that all Shareholders can review the entire vote history and breakdown.

I want to issue a special “thank you” to each of the thirteen candidates – men who had the courage and desire to step up, do something positive, and try to make a difference for CMKM. Your efforts and willingness to serve will not be forgotten.
