Gonna be hard to dump shares with a nearly maxed out O/S to A/S AND
a soon to be ratified motion to suspend all increases for two years.

Oh and it's already been stated that BCAP and it's shareholders will maintain the majority ownership over the virgin shell entity who's offering will be for 10m shares at a par value of .25/Sh.

I think they plan on that value to grow even higher and BCAP shareholders are a beneficiary.
