Hard to swallow it.. for a company which is not in operation taking them already almost 10 months into the year to get current with the filings..? don't want to think about how long will it take them to get into full operation, starting to look like a never ending story..IMO

And as to the "tight low float" theory then, who is doing all this selling for the past few days..?

Not bashing as I have read before, just looking at the whole picture from the other side of the street.
