A jury verdict is not precedental. If there are others waiting on an outcome, it ain't going to be over, until it's over. I think that Judge Lynn will rule on HRS and that ruling will be followed shortly by a Consent Order settling our lawsuit.

Judge Lynn decided HRS, weeks ago. The wait is now for her law clerk to draft an appropriate order.
