$BCAP's share structure has been maxed for 11 months. Shareholders are currently voting to freeze the share structure until July 1, 2014.

A share dump is impossible.

It's very obvious the company is setting this up to dump a boat load of shares. Just waiting on the Fluff PRs and the dumps on the bid.
