anyone who doesn't believe in naked shorting....

two MM's, BPAT, and IFCS just showed up on AXGI on the ask, and haven't traded at all in the last several months, perhaps ever in AXGI... Interestingly enough, found an SEC doc against a broker for BPAT for fraud schemes (posted on the AXGI RB board)

I hope these suckers Fry sooner or later..
