Very few pinks walk the walk of having their financials fully audited and then going through the S-1 registration process. $BCAP is one of the few.

$BCAP is meeting with Counsel mid-October to begin the S-1 registration process. I'm sure all 1,578 shareholders are looking forward to the real SEC investigation of $BCAP, and then seeing $BCAP trade on the OTCBB.
