To put into perspective:

Listen, if they get bought out for $40,000,000 and we currently have 40,000,000 shares outstanding, then from that transaction alone will put us at a book value of $1 a share.

Hopefully, people understand this concept. IDWS will be worth a MINIMUM of $1 a share. For every share, they will have a dollar in cash to represent each share.

What does this mean? The current stock price is around a quarter.

That means YOU'RE PAYING A QUARTER TO BUY A DOLLAR. This is a NO-BRAINER. OMG. And as I stated, this will only be from HLS, not to take into account the other divisions. What I'm saying is, BUCKLE up before more people find out about this stock.
