NV, I believe I was reading where Red Arrow had aquired funding to either refurbish a mill or build one in the area. If what you say is true then why go through that trouble. I mean look what it took for CGFIA to get to this point with the DRMS.. I would think CGFIA could charge less than what an out of state mill is doing. Just my 2 cents and speculation as to where we may be going.
