BCAP is the majority shareholder of its subsidiary the virgin shell that is merging in multiple private TA companies and private brokerage(s). The financial statements that BCAP files with the SEC will be reporting the revenue and net income from its subsidiary as well as its own revenue from aged debt conversions in RIGH and TGGI. She is not gonna be a virgin for long. Matt is gonna pop her cherry with multiple acquisitions that go directly to the bottom line of BCAP! For lack of a better word, lets call it a gang bang. Lol.

You gotta love it when the CEO of your investment is 10 times smarter than the jealous folks who seek his failure. BCAP is going to be a HUGE success and by virtue of the solid Q2 filing from Friday it is no longer a "going concern".
