Like I said Mark is not an accountant, nor does he know how to run a public company. That's why he looked for outside help like KOP. And I would guess emphases on guess that KOP is slowly but surely cutting ties at least I would. A company your trying to help that eventually went to the grays not at the fault of KOP doesn't really help the resume. Mark needs to count his loses, and either make MIKP private or sell it if possible. He went to school to learn the movie business, I guess he knows how to make movies I say that because unfortunately we haven't gotten a chance to actually view one he's made.
