Next week when deal closes it will be simple math. If IDS selling just one division (HLS) for 35-40 Million value, this starts to put real value on the company assets and not what can be manipulated with stock price.
If this one division is worth $35 Million then whole company has to be worth minimum of $100 Million or $2.50 per share book value.
