The heavy promotion, and NOW the back of the bottle info, suggests to me that the two Co's are more closly tied than a simple supply agreement. And I seem to remember there was a pr back abut 6-9 months ago that they were looking to develope a JV with someone. I have always assumed that the JV fell through and it devolved to a simple supply agreement....meaning we'd get a few cents on the dollar for the vodka.....NOW I'm not so sure, seems to be more to it.
