Everyone should be familiar with Nit€ Capitol here. They recently came under the spotlight of a computer "trading" glitch, that cost them hundreds of millions. The company traded at $17-$19/ share before this. This company is huge in this sector but has lots of dirty laundry that it generates IMO.
This is precisely the reason that BCAP will be successful in their ventures. Even if BCAP can garner only a fraction of the microcap market for T/A, brokerage and other services it will still be a substantial volume of income to be generated.

I would not want to be waiting for the bus on this one.... Because BCAP is at the airport on the runway and is currently in cue for takeoff.
