Several stuff on the news lately,

- 2007-2010 draft audit docs were sent to the auditor. 2011 should be delivered next week. IMO the audit will begin by mid-October at the latest.
- $BCAP plans to meet with counsel to initiate their S-1 filing.
- A LOI for a TA has been signed. Closing expected last week of October.
- A new client was announced via the acquisition of a new shell.
- Quarterly report was released today. Pink current will occur next week.

There should be at least seven pieces of material news to report on in October. I'm hopeful $BCAP has turned a corner.
