The SEC will be examining $BCAP shortly. $BCAP's S-1 registration process will begin mid-October as per the 09/28/2012 PR

By the time Matt meets with Counsel for the S-1, $BCAP's audit should be two weeks closer to completion. 2007-2010 draft audit documents were delivered and 2011 will be delivered this week as per the 09/28/2012 PR.

Hopefully S-1 registration approval will be granted by year-end and $BCAP will be trading on the OTCBB. If not, it may run as late as the end of January 2013 depending on the Christmas-New Year Holiday slow down (3 months which I read is the towards the long end of the registration approval window).
