That's funny. The total value of the shares in the shell cannot be valued at anymore than the purchase price. So take the purchase price of the shell and divide it by 13,000,000/14.000.000 ... and there will be the actual value of the shares. Even that is all "Blue Sky" and really has no actual value at all.

At very best, the real value of the shares is less than 1 cent.
