I agree,It seems like the bid got lowered to keep people from selling at a loss.but some sell a small amount,I mean 84 dollars.really?At end of day a small buy will be put in to bring it back to .069 again.I know they can't plan an exact date but we are so close,I can feel it.It may take till end of year who knows.or at least after election.
