I agree. This PR essentially states goals that we were led to believe had already been completed or were close to being finished during the last four/five years. It basically delays for two years things that should have already been completed under a real management team. There is nothing substantive anywhere in it. I can't wait for the teleconference. Balak will tell you what you want to hear. Based on his track record, I won't believe a word he says.
