Nonsense.

Many Pink Sheet stocks have ungagged TAs (EGOC themselves did until they suddenly and mysteriously gagged the TA at the same time as they added one billion and seventy five million shares to the A/S).

Any SEC-reporting penny stock has to file audited accounts, so many do.

"Like financials with significant revenue maybe ?"

Not unless they were audited. I've seen dozens of "financials" filed at OTCMarkets which were pure lies - there's no QC on what gets posted there at all.
