This is what I can't grasp Jal.....the offer if for .48 for whatever reason. UBS will be offering their figures shortly which will blow the .48 out of the water. Zacks has bumped us to $1.70. Accompanied with the fact that we are currently at .62 , it makes no sense for any shareholder to agree to the offer. If people really wanted to dump, they would do it NOW. It still makes me think that there has to be another reason why they are full steam ahead, but I can't even imagine what that may be. As LOJ has stated in the past this seems to be the perfect storm for us but I sure hope someone doesn't F it up !
