flybyday & others -

Like you say, the issue and discussion with FEMA over the phone and the personal behavior of our CEO has come into question many times. This has been hashed and rehashed over and over again. Some believe it -- some don't. Fact #1 - There is no proof unless there is some audio version of the call itself. Warp has provided his knowledge of that event. He cannot prove it took place and has been beaten up each time he offered his opinion. Fact #2 --Regardless of what is written and read on this board - people believe what they want to believe, right?

For the first time, I am going to offer my knowledge of that topic. I will NOT respond to you or anybody else on the subject for I see it as a waste of time to engage in banter with no proof and it serves no purpose to rehash the past.

Yes, an explanation was provided to shareholders at the 2011 shareholder meeting by our COB about any discussion with FEMA and that the message board "blogs" version of what took place was not true. At that time, nobody disputed what he said -- publicly. What he didn't know was, the person sitting next to me at that shareholder meeting, a shareholder in the company, was the person that made contact with FEMA officials and was responsible for the phone call taking place with our CEO. He was also the person that received direct feedback from those same FEMA officials on how the call went, the attitude and non-professional language used was given as the reason that there was no further interest in dealing with our little company -- WSGI.

It was all I could do to keep him from making a scene when the COB made his comment, but he had a plan to have direct face-to-face conversation with the COB. When the meeting was over, the shareholder approached Clark and asked what he knew about the FEMA phone call. Clark's reply was that GE had told him of the discussion with FEMA. When Clark was asked a follow-up question by this shareholder if he had heard of any issues that would prevent a working relationship being developed, his response was "NO". Clark was then told that in fact, there were some concerns of FEMA based on that single phone call and was told what those concerns were. Our COB said that was not his understanding of the call.

When the discussion with Clark was over, the shareholder said very clearly to me "SOMEBODY IS LYING"!! He meant that either our CEO did not tell the COB what took place OR our COB was lying to the shareholder. Either way, what was being told was NOT an accurate asssessment of the whole FEMA topic. Even after a few beers, my shareholder friend had developed a very high level of distrust for the leadership of the company and that continues to this day.

For those who may be wondering why this additional information was never discussed here in the past, ask yourself if I have any proof of what you just read. Obviously, the answer is "NO I DO NOT HAVE PROOF"! Your next question may be why bring it up today? The FEMA issue is history, over and any rehashing of the same stuff is ridiculous. It is time to move on people!!!

Warp has been a punching bag for some of you people because of his knowledge of the situation. He cannot prove what he has said. You didn't believe him then, you don't believe him now and you may not believe me either -- fine, that is your choice. The ONLY purpose for me offering what I have known for the past 14 months is to say the phone call DID happen as described. There was little interest on FEMA's side for additional discussions with WSGI leadership after that call and to my knowledge, the same still exists.

Some won't believe what I have said and I really don't care. Others may look at it as another piece of information that you didn't know before reading this post. Either way, FEMA is in the past, it is time for company officials prove to shareholders that they have a plan to become successful. If this doesn't happen, someone must be held accountable for the failure to move the company forward and I hope that our Board of Directors will take whatever steps are required to become successful.
